Refund Policy

Custom Illustrations & Prints

Due to the personalised nature of custom artwork, refunds are limited and assessed case-by-case.

Order Cancellation by Client

Once an order is placed, no refunds will be issued if you choose to cancel. Please ensure you're happy to proceed before confirming your booking.

Order Cancellation by Artist

If I am unable to complete your illustration or print for any reason, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

 

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, do not open the parcel. Contact me immediately with photos so I can assist you.

 

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return. Postage costs are the client’s responsibility and must be tracked and insured.

 

Partial Refunds

If the sketch is flawed and can be rectified, I’ll do my best to fix it. Since you’ve already seen and approved the sketches, only 50% of the price will be refunded upon return. The remaining 50% covers time and materials.

 

Late Returns

No returns are accepted more than 14 days after delivery.

 

Live Guest Illustrations (Weddings & Events)

Bookings for live illustration services are subject to the following refund terms:

 

Client Cancellation

If cancelled more than 30 days before the event, a 50% refund will be issued.

If cancelled within 30 days of the event, no refund will be issued due to reserved time and preparation.

 

Rescheduling

I’ll do my best to accommodate rescheduling requests, but availability is not guaranteed. If I’m unable to attend the new date, the cancellation terms above will apply.

 

Artist Cancellation

If I am unable to attend your event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund, including any deposits paid.

 

Service Disruption at Event

If the service is disrupted due to venue issues, weather, or other external factors beyond my control, no refund will be issued.
