📸 Consent for Social Media & Portfolio Use
Photos taken at events (e.g. sketching setup, guests with portraits, finished artwork) may be shared on social media or my website only with your consent.
You’ll be asked to confirm whether you're happy for me to use selected images or sketches for promotional purposes.If any guests appear in the photos, I will ensure they are comfortable being featured before posting.
You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting me, and I will remove the content promptly.

Your data is stored securely and accessed only by me
It is never shared with third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes
It is used solely to fulfil your order or booking
Digital files and communications are protected by secure platforms and password-protected devices
📦 Delivery & Third-Party Services
I use Royal Mail Tracked for shipping. Your name and address are shared only with the courier for delivery purposes. All parcels are insured and tracked.
